Traffic Impact Study for a major mixed-use urban development in Aqaba comprising a 4-star hotel tower, two 3-star hotel towers, furnished apartments, a retail mall, restaurants, and integrated leisure and entertainment facilities.
The Social Security Mixed-Use Development is a major urban development project in Aqaba comprising hospitality, residential, retail, and recreational components. The development includes a 4-star hotel tower, two 3-star hotel towers, furnished apartments, a retail mall, restaurants, and integrated leisure and entertainment facilities, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination for residents and visitors. Appointed by Madi & Partners Consulting Engineers for Aqaba Development Corporation, our team conducted a comprehensive Traffic Impact Study (TIS), including traffic counts, site assessments, traffic analysis, and evaluation of the surrounding road network. The study evaluated existing and projected traffic conditions, assessed the development's impact on nearby roads and intersections, and provided engineering recommendations and mitigation measures to support efficient traffic circulation and future network performance.
