Project Overview
The Stella Hotel project is a hospitality development located in Aqaba, comprising a seven-story hotel building with a total built-up area of approximately 12,014 m². The development includes hotel accommodation units, office spaces, restaurant facilities, gymnasium, spa area, parking facilities, and supporting service and mechanical areas, creating a modern hospitality destination within the city. Commissioned by Ghazaleh & Partners Company, our team conducted a comprehensive Traffic Impact Study, including traffic counts, assessment of the surrounding road network, and analysis of project access and circulation. The assignment also included coordination with relevant authorities and support in obtaining the required approvals. The study assessed existing and projected traffic conditions and provided engineering recommendations and mitigation measures to improve traffic operations, accessibility, and road safety within the project area.
