Project Overview
This project was delivered to support masterplan approval of the Ayla Oasis development in Aqaba, Jordan. Our team conducted comprehensive traffic surveys, modeling, and capacity analysis to assess the development's impact on surrounding roads and intersections. Using advanced traffic simulation tools, the team evaluated peak-hour performance, Level of Service (LOS), and parking demand, and developed mitigation measures along with an integrated, sustainable transport strategy aligned with ASEZA requirements. The study optimized the internal road hierarchy, reduced expected congestion, and ensured smooth integration with the existing transport network.
