This project involved a Traffic Impact Study for a landmark development of four high-rise residential towers with modern living spaces and luxury amenities within the Marsa Zayed area of Aqaba, Jordan. The study focused on enhancing mobility, accessibility, and sustainable urban growth within Aqaba's emerging luxury residential hub. Our team conducted comprehensive traffic counts and data collection, followed by detailed traffic simulation and modeling using Vissim to optimize circulation and connectivity across the development and surrounding road network. The study integrated advanced traffic engineering solutions into the complex urban environment, ensuring efficient movement, safety, and support for modern, sustainable living.
