Project Overview

The Ma'an Historical Market project involved the revitalization of a complex urban corridor within a historically sensitive setting in Ma'an, Jordan. Spanning approximately 850 metres from the Ottoman Bridge to the Old Ma'an City Market, the project was executed in two phases to enhance mobility, traffic circulation, and underground infrastructure. Our team conducted detailed traffic analyses, assessed parking needs, and designed road rehabilitation and urban access improvements, all while carefully integrating hydraulic and drainage solutions. The project included rehabilitation and connection of sewage networks along the valley stream and implementation of sustainable stormwater management, improving safety, accessibility, and urban movement within this culturally significant environment.
